At Capy, we want you to love every piece of fashion you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Capy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
